We have been waiting to receive a survey so we could give your department and particularly Jessie Garcia high praise. Since we have not received your survey we decided to contact you regarding Jessie Garcia.
We have had our Kia Sportage in your service department three times in the last several weeks and thank goodness two of our visits were with Jessie Garcia as our Service Advisor.
Jessie gave us wonderful service, prompt communication and treated us as valued customer. Because of Jessie we will continue to do business with Palm Springs Kia even though we live 2 hours away.
The majority of the employees we encountered at the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Jessie should give Customer Service 101 to the other.

I have noticed many turned heads, even as they drove by as I was parked or even driving, even two golden labs in a front yard (it was so funny). Ok, so that may not seem like much, but to me it is. It says I have a car that is by far the nicest and prettiest car in the John Day area.
I went by Les Schwabs today where I had told a few of my intended trip to Bend. I found one of the employees I was hunting for and told him "Come see the nicest looking car in John Day." Yes, he agreed. So did several other employees and customers.I have had several people ask what kind of car it was, where I got it and IF I LIKED IT?!?!?! Holly cow! I am so impressed even more each time I turn it on. (I don't even have to drive it to be Happy!) I LOVE THIS CAR!
I have told those who are interested that Bend is where I got it and that the KIA dealership as a whole are awesome and a great place to go check out a new rig. If not into a new rig, even at that, that your business is exceptional!
I have not been paid to say that, at least not by any money. I have been paid by your hard work, time and effort to get me the car that I drooled over even when talking about it for 3 weeks!
