The only reason I am giving this dealership 4 stars and not 2 is because of Gunner. I had some issues with finance department (be sure to get all the facts and the exact deal straight before they pull your credit - I received 5 inquiries then they tried to ghost me), but at the end the sale was handled professionally. I recommend working with Gunner because he was always honest and straight forward with us. I appreciate that.
Everything was perfect. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it took so long but Ethan told me ahead of time it would take between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes. So I hiked the butte and his estimate was spot on. I loved that they washed my car afterwards.

Bought a Telluride a couple of months ago. Car is great! Absolutely love it! However, sales people tried to sell me a service contract. We said we didn’t need it. Then they came back with it reduced. Still didn’t want it and it was never explained what it really did for me. But we bought it anyway for the reduced price. Also, have still never received my digital keys for the car. We took our Kia Nero in for a recall. Our first experience with the service Department. The work was done in a timely manner. Kaitlyn was courteous and professional. A special shoutout to Brahm who sat in the car with me to go over some technology questions. They even washed our car which we weren't expecting.

This is a great service dept. They installed my non-OEM mud guards and even washed my car, all faster than expected! Great customer communication too. I'll be back for all my Telluride service after that experience!
Because of this dealership, I will never buy a Kia again. I had a 2022 Sorento lease that was ending in March. I love my car, so I chose to keep the car and finance it instead. Highly recommend this dealership! The salespeople were knowledgeable and professional, with no pressure to complete a sale. They even retrieved items I left behind in my trade-in vehicle days after the sale. One of the items was a zippered pouch with my emergency cash stash in it. Damon in service is an amazing person!! I was turned away for a scheduled oil change through another company and Damon got me in same day within a few minutes. Their eating room was nice with tvs, huge crazy Keurig machine and snacks. I was greeted by many friendly employees and really felt taken care of. I won’t go anywhere else!!

Dropped off my Telluride for an oil change. They said it'd be an hour. 2 hrs later, it still wasn't ready. Lost 2 hour of work. Not a happy camper today.

Brain went above and beyond for me
Brian is amazing. Our vehicle had to go into the dealership and we had a loaner. The loaner got a hole in the tire and the fix a flat kit didn’t work. Brian found a spare and came to where I was and changed the tire for me. Also Brian is the sales person who sold me my new rig not part of the service center. Top Notch!

Team Kia was a very good buying experience for me. The team there was attentive and helpful in getting me into the right vehicle.
It was nice experience. While we were told we could get the car we wanted in the color we wanted. They tried, and not being successful, offered the same car on the lot with a discount. We are happy initially with the car and purchase. The finance could of gone faster but it was a Sunday and lots of closed deals ahead of us.
We were really pleased with our experience working with Team Kia in Bend. We traveled all the way from Tacoma to buy our car from them. They had the car we wanted, were very friendly, and unlike dealers closer to us, they were fair and reasonable in the negotiation process and also helped us find the best financing option. I strongly recommend them.

Made appt. to have multiple recalls addressed, 4 total. Unfortunately only 3 were completed as they didn't have the required parts for the 4th recall. I drove over 30 miles one way to get these recalls done only to be told that I will have to make a follow up trip at some time in the future. Happy with the work that was done, disappointed that I have to make a return trip...
